It is rare for all parties to be present in the same room at one time.<br \/>To ensure the session remains productive and valuable for everyone, we ask that questions be focused on each presenter\u2019s area of expertise and remain relevant to the purpose of this Information Night.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Conditions of Attendance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To ensure a respectful and productive session for all attendees, we kindly request that members observe the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Respectful Engagement<\/strong> \u2013 Please be courteous to all presenters and fellow members.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Professional Communication<\/strong> \u2013 Discussions must remain professional at all times. Personal attacks or demeaning language will not be tolerated.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stay on Topic<\/strong> \u2013 This Members Session is dedicated to the presentation of the Strategic Plan. We appreciate discussions remaining focused on this purpose.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimise Distractions<\/strong> \u2013 Mobile phones are to be switched off or set to silent during the session.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Appropriate Conduct<\/strong> \u2013 Any member who engages in harassing or offensive verbal behaviour may be asked to leave the meeting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recording Notice<\/strong> \u2013 Please note that the Club is recording tonight\u2019s event.
