Here is some information that may assist you when it comes to booking in.<\/p>\n

Timesheets and the Queue<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Dreaded Queue<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The queue only starts when more than 5 members attempt to access the timesheet.<\/li>\n
  2. Once you enter a queue, you cannot get out of this situation. You must wait until you get to zero before the Queue will release your login.<\/li>\n
  3. If you log out and log in again, unless you have reached zero from the previous access, you will receive a notice that you have already logged in and you must return to the previous login\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0 a. As you all know, this is generally impossible, so you must wait until your previous queue status have returned to zero\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0b. While things are a bit easier to manage from the PMGC Website than from the App, once you are in a queue, you must just wait, patiently or otherwise.<\/p>\n

    The system is not doing anything wrong; it is just the way it is. Once you have made that decision to join the queue, you are committed. .<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    The Waitlist<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Here are some important things that most do know and others should know when using the Waitlist<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. If there are spare spots on the timesheet, put your name there, as\u00a0you will not move into empty spots automatically<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n
    2. You will only move from the waitlist to the timesheet when a name is deleted. That spot then becomes available to players on the waitlist.<\/li>\n
    3. Change the timeframe to when you want to play<\/strong><\/em>. The default is 05:00 to 19:00 so unless you stipulate when you wish to play, you may just end up on the timesheet at 16:43.<\/li>\n
    4. Check how many competition times are within your timeframe<\/strong><\/em>. It is no use saying you wish to play between 9 and 10 if there are no times between 9 and 10.<\/li>\n
    5. You can see when others on the waitlist want to play, just not whom they are.<\/li>\n
    6. If\u00a0you are not on the waitlist, no one knows that you want a game.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
