Presentation of Approved Plans (DA2011/196) & Member Version of the Strategic Plan
The Board invites all members to a special Information Night where we will present the Approved Concept Plans (DA2011/196) along with the member‑focused version of the Club’s Strategic Plan, as endorsed by the Board.
This session will provide an opportunity to:
- View the approved concept designs and understand the Club’s future direction
- Learn how the Strategic Plan will flow
- Hear from the following key contributors and consultants:

- Matt Edwards – PDD Advisory Group
- Andrew Lister – Hopkins Consulting
- Tim Russell – Aura Holdings
- Gain clarity, transparency and understanding of the steps the Board and Management Team are currently undertaking to deliver the strategic plan for current and future members
