Members Information Night – Wednesday, 15 April 2026
At this session, the Club will present the Approved Concept Plans (DA2011/196).
This Information Night provides members with the opportunity to:
- View the approved concept designs and better understand the Club’s future direction
- Learn how the Strategic Plan will be implemented and progressed
- Hear directly from the key contributors and consultants who have been advising the Club throughout this process

This session is designed to provide clarity, transparency and a shared understanding of the steps the Board and Management Team are currently undertaking to deliver the Club’s Strategic Plan for both current and future members.
Member Questions
Tonight, members will have the opportunity to ask questions of the key contributors and consultants who have been involved in advising the Club throughout the journey. It is rare for all parties to be present in the same room at one time.
To ensure the session remains productive and valuable for everyone, we ask that questions be focused on each presenter’s area of expertise and remain relevant to the purpose of this Information Night.

- Professional Communication – Discussions must remain professional at all times. Personal attacks or demeaning language will not be tolerated.
- Stay on Topic – This Members Session is dedicated to the presentation of the Strategic Plan. We appreciate discussions remaining focused on this purpose.
- Minimise Distractions – Mobile phones are to be switched off or set to silent during the session.
- Appropriate Conduct – Any member who engages in harassing or offensive verbal behaviour may be asked to leave the meeting.
- Recording Notice – Please note that the Club is recording tonight’s event. By attending, you consent to being recorded.
