- Over 20 years in the golf industry, including Head Professional roles at Royal Hobart and Murray Downs.
- Four-time Australian PGA Professional Champion and Captain of Team Australia at the Four Nations Cup.
- Proven results: grew member rounds by 23% and increased pro shop turnover by 97% at Royal Hobart.
- Specialist in club operations, retail management, and advanced technology (Flightscope, Trackman).
Courtney Docking
- Current Head Professional at Murray Downs and former LPGA Symetra Tour player with 9 Top 10 finishes.
- Introduced 200+ beginners to golf and expanded junior programs significantly.
- Expert in inclusive coaching programs, women’s clinics, and junior development.

- A welcoming, vibrant Pro Shop with expanded retail offerings, club fitting using Flightscope/Trackman, and full equipment repair services.
