Once again, we emphasise to members that all credits from competition prizes expire after 12 months if unused.
Please take a moment to review your account and utilise any prize credits before they expire.
If you are unsure on how to do this, please follow the directions below:
Log in to our app or website > Member Info > My Account > Click on House & Golf Combined (may take a few moments to load) > all credits on your account will be listed here with the dates that they were won.
All credits will expire 12 months after the date listed.
If you still remain unsure, please speak with our reception staff for further information.
Please note: Pro Shop credits are not included in this procedure and are run by the financial year.
